2013-09-24 Thread Alberto M. Lopez
Hi Rüdiger,
where could I set the ODBC settings?.

And not, I have no problem in the retrievalIf I set this to 0 I get all
the results (more than 2000) but not all.

If you could tell me where could I set the ODBC settings would be
perfect

Danke!!!

Re: ODBC driver (MS Access) doesn't show all the records

2013-09-23 Thread Alberto M. Lopez
Hallo einmal! :-)

Answering your questions:

Remedy ODBC
I'm using the regular form BMC.CORE:BMC_BaseElement (i need common
attributes of many classes).
All the CIs are in BMC.ASSET
I'm using appadmin (with full access). I see this CIs with user client
(7.6.04) and web client with the same user. Because odbc are the same
characteristics referring to permissions, It must work...doesn't it?

Thank you very much!

Hi Rüdiger!

First "danke schön" for your quick answer.

No, the value is "0" so there is no limit. It's strange because I'm sure
that the data are in the CMDB (I've did a report and I have a .csv file
with the data (name) of BMC_CORE_BMC_BaseElement and in Access I've joined
this field with a linked odbc table (the same BaseElement) and I have no
result. :-(

Thank you very much again!

ODBC driver (MS Access) doesn't show all the records

2013-09-23 Thread Alberto M. Lopez
Hi all!

I have a issue with the odbc driver when I work with MS Access.

I want to extract some data of the CMDB (8.1), MS Access doesn't show all
the results and I'm sure that the data I want to show are in the CMDB.

Anyone knows restrictions or similar with ODBC?.

Why I have not the data in Access?.

Thank you very much in advance

Sorry!
I can't see Active Links guides over the Home Page.
I think application list is populated because that is, I mean, this is the
correct working of an application list isn't it?

But thank you very much!

Hiding entry point in Home Page (7.6.04)

2012-10-22 Thread Alberto M. Lopez
Hi all!
Our customer wants to hide Infrastructure Change application in his ITSM
7.6.04.

I've tried to "delete" entry points in Incident form (HPD:Help Desk) and
Incident management console, but in the Home page, the entries are
unmodified.

I think deleting entry points keeps the forms "hidden" in Home Page, but I
don't know what's the way.

Could someone help me please?.

Thank you very much!

Scheduling approvals

2012-03-21 Thread Alberto M. Lopez
Hi all !

I have a question about approval engine.

I've seen in the approval server guide that it's possible to schedule an
approval in the process definition of the approval server, but I'm not
suere if I'm understanding this concept well because of my language that is
not english.

In the approval I've writen these parameters (please, see attached image)
and the approval is attached to the change request, but after one hour, the
approval is still attached to the change request.

Thank you very much for your help!.
