Placeholder in form type

HI All


Can anyone describe the significance or use of form type as PLACEHOLDER
which is there in the latest version 8.1.01.

Can it be used manually for any form.
If not, Why and when this is used,what is the significance for the same and
how it is different than other form types.
Also find attached the screen shot for the same.

Thanks for your response, but I am installing ITSM for the first time and
still i am facing this kind of issue.
Also in 8.1.01, there is nothing like upgrade i can do during installation
and installer is running again from starting.
In the installation logs i can see errors regarding 303 form does exist on
server .
I tried installing the ITSM again but still the error remains same.
Please suggest where to proceed.

Can you please try the below steps and check if this can help to solve the
issue
Check the given forms.
DLD:Lock-if any entry here, then delete those entry and run again


View audit log-to check what process was running last time.

DLD:ThreadManager-to check any entry for Data load console, if any error
takes place, check this form.

or you can navigate to DMT:SYS:StagingFormDependency form and click Rebuild
Sequence Table. You can then return your job and try running it again.
