Re: How to have a attachment template on a form at creation time
Hi Pascale, Create an active link, - Execute on window open, Window loaded - Runif : $OPERATION$ = CREATE - Set field Action: Attachment = $PROCESS$ PERFORM-ACTION-ADD-ATTACHMENT fieldid location of file 1. fieldId not field name 2. location: have not tested if the file is located on UNIX server, but on windows machine (works). Hope this helps. Deyon ___ UNSUBSCRIBE or access ARSlist Archives at www.arslist.org Where the Answers Are, and have been for 20 years NEWTEST.PNG

Re: Midtier 7.6 sp 4 on websphere 8 is not working, any suggestions?
(not webadmin) .. but In the cluster, if one jvm or https fails , the other will pick up the traffic. Granted since we are not enabling persistence of any sort, the user will need to relogin (new session); but the outage is minimal. Most importantly, traffic is load balanced between the http server and jvm cluster, with http plugin; so that the jvm in our case is not over worked to put it simple. Fortunately, this configuration has been working from Ars 6.3 on WebSphere on all on aix when i inherited Remedy; we have had Remedy since I want to say since version 2 or 3. Pascale, Change your login page to a system form, like USER. Let me know if it still redirects. For us it does redirect. BMC suggested this , in attempt to rule out whether our in house login page was corrupted. Will keep you posted. In your websphere 8 configuration is httponly enable or disabled? issue: We are using Back end - ARS 7.5 P4 on Unix 6.1.7 with 11g Currently - We have a functioning 7.5 P4 MT 32 bit environment connected to the back end.
