Re: Email Engine Install on Separate Server
You can setup a separate server to run the Email Engine service, there is a knowledge article to change the registry to make the email engine run without AR Server and then point email engine to your ARS. Is it possible to install just Email Engine on a separate server/ Linux VM or do I need to have ARS installed as well? What is the Cache-Mode set to ? Set it to 0 if not already set for Production box. I hope that you are not using the same box for 7604 which you have used for 6.3, as it takes more memory and CPU, so check you are not running out of memory. Also for running ARServer being slow, enable sql/api logging and analyze them via log analyzer to see if there are any long running api's going on? Other possibility , also check at the db level, if your DBA is seeing some type of locks?
