ARERR (91) RPC call failed: RPC: Can't encode arguments
Hi All, I just wanted to ask what causing ARERR (91) RPC call failed. I have one user who's been experiencing this error when trying to save a form. When I tried using his machine, login to Remedy User and tried to save a ticket, I did not experienced the error. When he's turn to try it again, the same error occured. I have verified that the server can be pinged from his machine and the network connection is normal. The Remedy User tool installed is of the same version with the server. I have also clear the machine's remedy cache but to no avail. What are the other things I should be checking? "Session is invalid or has timed out" error message prompts 20 times (AR System Mid-tier)
Hi All, Good day! The session timeout of our mid-tier (ver 7.1.00) is configured for 90 minutes. However, when it times out, the following error message prompts 20 times (one appears after clicking ok on the previous error message - and this happen 20 times): "Session is invalid or has timed out. Please reload page to log in again (ARERR 9201)" How can we limit the error message to only prompts once? Performance Issue of Admin Tool 7.1 since installing BMC Atrium and Asset Management.
Hello, Right after installing the Atrium and Asset Management applications we've noticed a considerable reduction in performance when making changes via the Admin Tool. It is especially evident when adding or changing workflow objects, moreso than a form change. Making changes via a definition file import is also slower but not as bad as saving single Active Link or Filter changes. Installing the two applications obviously added a lot of new form and workflow objects. Is that the root cause? Is there anything we can do to make it faster? We set it to Development Cache Mode, which helped a little but it's still much slower than it was. How can my HTML program call Remedy Web Services

Date/time format in MS SQL Server reports is not in a readable format (Epoch date).
Hi everyone, This issue is specifically for the Diary fields. When diary fields are displayed in MS SQL Server reports, is there a way that we can identify the date/time from the rest of the data and format it as Date/ Time format? Exported data from AP Trouble Ticket form cannot be imported back to the same form (using Import Tool) - returning "Invalid AR Export format file" error
Hi All, Have anyone experienced exporting records from a form but the exported arx file cannot be imported back to the same form? I found out that the arx file contains a number of "?" characters scattered within the data and I'm not sure what causing these characters to be included in the exported data. This only happen to one particular form, exporting and importing data from other forms work ok.
