We have a form that contains an attachment pool. When a file is attached to the form we need the attachment to be sent to an outside application to parse the data from the attachment. Once the parse is complete we need the parsed data to be pushed back to our Remedy form. We currently have an application to parse the data but are struggling with how to get the file to the app and the data back from the app.
