All,


I am trying to create a parameter field that will ask for a Date and Time. I have my report set up to pull all ticket numbers for a 'Last Modified User'. When I add the parameter field to the DESIGN portion of the report, it will ask for the correct information, but will use it for all the records pulled. I need it to ask for each individual record. Can anyone please help

Fixed Date Time

I am trying to run a Crystal Report and pull the Date and Time that a Remedy ticket was placed in Fixed status. I can not find where this field is at. Please can anyone help.

When I 
view the Status History on the Menu in remedy, I only see Status 
Enumerated "NEW". I do not show any of the other status that the ticket 
went through. The only place that I see all the status, is on the History 
tab inside the Remedy Ticket. 

The 
arslist will not allow me to send you a screenshot of what I am talking 
about. Can I send you it directly to your email?

Heath:  This field is available and can be used in workflow. However, this 
field DOES not show on the form. If you want to look at its current value for 
any available action, click on View-Status History from the menu.
