Crystal report Parameter Field
Title: Crystal report Parameter Field ** All, I am trying to create a parameter field that will ask for a Date and Time. I have my report set up to pull all ticket numbers for a 'Last Modified User'. When I add the parameter field to the DESIGN portion of the report, it will ask for the correct information, but will use it for all the records pulled. I need it to ask for each individual record. Title: RE: "Fixed" Date Time ** James, When I view the Status History on the Menu in remedy, I only see Status Enumerated "NEW". I do not show any of the other status that the ticket went through. The only place that I see all the status, is on the History tab inside the Remedy Ticket. The arslist will not allow me to send you a screenshot of what I am talking about.
