Can Remedy ITSM 7.6 workflow handle Powershell API calls?

Hi, 

We have a mission to reduce ServiceDesk tickets.  We found 35% of tickets 
created were for user accounts and permissions.  One of the options is to use 
Powershell API calls to create and resolve SD tickets.  So a ticket will be 
created when user submits a request, and the work will be done systematically 
without human intervention.   

We are currently on: ARSystem 7.6.04 SP4, ITSM 7.6

How to pass a parameter to share point 2010 in Remedy emails?

Hi ARListers,

We'd like to include a link to a share point survey web site in ticket 
resolution emails.  The challenge is that we need to pass 'Request Number' in a 
parameter in the URL, 
so when the user click on the link to the share point survey site, the request 
number will be automatically filled from the parameter.

Urgent please help! how to refresh table using filters

columns in table.

An efficient way to sync up data

Hi,

We are looking for suggestions to sync up all data, i.e. foundation, 
configuration & transaction data from our production server onto our test 
server where we need all the prod-like data and keeping all record IDs in their 
forms.  Your feedback is gratefully appreciated.
