Re: How to pull an http response into a Remedy field?
Thanks again to everyone who offered help. I was able to solve this problem by using a set fields sql call to an Oracle function called utl_http.request. Jim Bruce provided this suggestion and it works perfectly. Thanks Jim! -Michael On 3/14/07, Michael Worts [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: ** What about using the 'wget' utility. Re: How to pull an http response into a Remedy field?
Hi Misi, Thank you for the reply. This is AR System 7.0 running on Solaris 10. -Michael On 3/14/07, Misi Mladoniczky [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: Hi Michael, I once created a very small C filter plugin that did this. It should work on any platform. Which platform and AR System version do you have? Best Regards - Misi, RRR AB, http://www.rrr.se Has anyone here ever attempted to pull a plain http response into Remedy. If you open the following url (http;//localhost/kb/ getSolutionData.jsp?id=4000) in a browser, the needed data is returned in the body of the browser. I would like to pull this data into Remedy, parse it, and stuff it into multiple fields on a Remedy form. Does anyone know if this is possible in Remedy?
