Thanks all for your replies! I have the same concern on changing email address too. Since I use Submitter Lock mode, it is possible to the Submitter field. By the way, does anyone have any issue on the email notification? Does it confuse the Email Engine with @ sign? The reply from BMC was "At this time we are not aware of the need for any patch." It is not much time left for testing and rolling out the patch before March. In fact, we have started inputting the change records for next year.
