No , the error is not related to assignment mapping(i am providing the
support compnay, organization and group)
The error says first name, last name etc etc cannot be blank ( even when i
provide all the mandatory fields on HPD)
This goes away if i assign a support group to the person

creating tickets from HPD

Dear All,

I just have a small question, Is it mandatory for a person to belong to a
support group when he/she is trying to create ticket through
HPD:IncidentInterface_Create.
If i dont assign the person any support group it gives an error..Will be
very good if someone can confirm this

requester console.

Hi all,

I have this very basic question,

 I have my record in CTM:people form and i see i am a "support staff member
= Yes" and have a"read" licence and "Administrator" permission. Currently i
am able to create a ticket from HPD:IncidentInterface_create form.
My question is if i make "support staff member = No", remove Administrator
permission will i still be able to create ticket from
HPD:IncidentInterface_create form?

Thank you for the help  and suggestion.
I was using Admin tool V7.5 when i was seeing this error. I went back and
downloaded Admin V7.1 and its working fine there.
I am able to select the desired field as key field.

Unable to select desired "key field" for View form

Hi All,

I am trying to create a view form on a data base table , when i put the
table name in "Database table" field and click load, it automatically shows
6 fields in the "key field" (i have 80 fields in the table)
I want to choose an another field (not fromthe 6) as key field, but its not
allowing me to do so :(,
Can someone help with this issue???

Can we change the input length of a character field ?

I have a very basic question..
I need to create some field which can hold data of length 500 or 1000, can
we use character field for this and change input length from 255 to
500/1000?
or Diary fields are the only option?.

How to prevent others from modifying workflow/forms?

I would like to know if there is a way that we can do some settings on forms
and workflow objects (Active links , filters, escalations) to prevents any
one else from doing any modification??
I am not sure if at all this can be done
