Dear All, I just have a small question, Is it mandatory for a person to belong to a support group when he/she is trying to create ticket through HPD:IncidentInterface_Create. Hi all, I have this very basic question, I have my record in CTM:people form and i see i am a "support staff member = Yes" and have a"read" licence and "Administrator" permission. Currently i am able to create a ticket from HPD:IncidentInterface_create form. Hi All, Thank you for the help and suggestion. I was using Admin tool V7.5 when i was seeing this error. I went back and downloaded Admin V7.1 and its working fine there. I am able to select the desired field as key field. Unable to select desired "key field" for View form

Can we change the input length of a character field ?
Dear All, I have a very basic question.. I need to create some field which can hold data of length 500 or 1000, can we use character field for this and change input length from 255 to 500/1000? or Diary fields are the only option?. Dear All, I would like to know if there is a way that we can do some settings on forms and workflow objects (Active links , filters, escalations) to prevents any one else from doing any modification??
