Fred , I am not getting any error on trying to load the WSDL in Filter. I am loading a WSDL from a local .wsdl file. The problem is i can't see the input and output mappings in Set Field action of filter after i map the fields and save the filter. ARERR [8755]-Web Service Consumption Error
Hello All, I am conuming a web service though Set Fields in filter.But whenever the data in updated in the form on which the web service is consumed i am gettting ARERR [8755] error. The AR server is installed on Unix enviroment. I have checked the ar.conf file,arsystem start up script for all the plug in parameters.Everything is configured correctly. Nick, The issue is occuring only on thick client.It's working fine via mid-tier access. I have deleted the form cache (*.arf and *.arv files ) in the client directory.Still,the issue is occuring. Save button is hiding
Hello Listers, I am facing a strange issue with one of the user.Whenever the user performs a search on a form,the Save button hides.This is happening only a particular machine.If I logs with that user account on another machine then the Save button appears correctly. SLA's firing at same time --Please Help
Hi All, I have configured two resolution SLA's for 75% and 100% milestones for a support group.I have checked the workflow of notification engine which sends these notifications to Case Assignees/Assignee Groups.The workflow is correct as the time difference between 75% milestones notifications and 100% notifications to case assginees is showing the configured time in NTE:Notifier Log form. But,the problem is that email for these notfications for 75% and 100% are sent at the same time to support person. Please help on this. Product Catalog Console is not working( BMC Atrium Core-7.5)
Hi All, I have installed BMC Atrium Core 7.5 on following infra configurations: AR server : 7.5.00 Patch 001 Database : Oracle 10g Mid Tier : 7.5.00 Patch 001 Also, the product catalog is installed on the server.But,the product categorization data is not showing up in Product Catalog Console.I tried to import the product catalog by using BMC Atrium Core Maintenance tool.But,when i try to Run the ProductCatalogDataLoader.xml in the Run Extension tab of maintenance tool,i am getting an error for invalid AR user credentials. But, the ar server user credentials are correct. Please help on this. Remedy user tool is crashing

archiving in different tablespace

Administrator tool is running slow

Remedy Administrator running slow
Hi Listers, I am having a strange problem while connecting to Remedy Administrator tool.If I log on Remedy Administrator for one test server, then Administrator tool runs normally at a normal speed.But If I log on Remedy Administrator for a different test server, then the Remedy Administrator tool runs very slow.This is happening on my machine only. But If I log on a different machine, then the Administrator Tool on both the server runs at same speed. What might be the issue? Issue with Date/Time field
Hi Listers, I am pushing value of Date/Time field in an audit form.While doing these,my workflow is pushing this value in CMDB also.The value of this Date/Time field is getting correctly pushed in CMDB.But this date/time value is going back by 30 mins while pushing in audit form. For example, if the correct value is 1/1/2003 10:30:00 AM, then this value is pushed as 1/1/2003 10:30:00 AM in CMDB which is correct.But this value is pushed as 1/1/2003 10:00:00 AM in audit form.I have chekced the workflow.But no workflow is decreasing the value of this Date/Time field by 30 mins. Please help on this. Hi All, I have created some customised fields on CMDB form(BMC.CORE:BMC_Database).I am pushing the values of some customised fields from a regular form to this CMDB form through a filter. When i take a work log, i can see the filter is pushing the value in CMDB form.But when i check the CMDB form,the values are not getting updated in CMDB for the corresponding CI. Also when i check SQL log, i can see that these values are pushing as NULL in CMDB. Do I need to map this customised fields on CMDB form? Please help. After selecting a particular summary only ( as per predefined CTI) and filling all the required fields, I get this error as per attachment on Save button. After checking the log, I have found that this error is occurring after push field action. The save button works fine on other CTI’s of Summary field. It doesn’t give this SQL error after selecting other CTI’s.
