7.0.1 Midtier login messages

2006-12-01 Thread Anthony Caressimo
Hi all,

I am running mid tier 7.0.1 against AR Server 6.3 p18, Helpdesk 6.0.

Upon logging in / clicking Helpdesk link for a requester
they receive the message 'ARWARN [59] No such user exists -- successfully
connected as a guest user '

This is new in 7.0.1 - i just checked on 7.0.0 p2 and it doesn't display
it upon logging in via the web. It will display if using the windows user
tool. Looks like BMC added this to display the same login message as the
user tool.

My question is : is there any way to disable this? Most users are not
registered / licensed users submitting tickets. They are seeing this pop
up and are getting confused.

Anyone have any suggestions?
thx
Anthony
