AR System 7.5/Incident Management 
 
I logged into the Admin Tool to view the Service/Impact field workflow  for 
7.5 Incident Management module, and all I saw was a white box  field.  I looked 
for entry points (thinking maybe it is an application  list), but I can not 
find the Service, impact, customer name, etc fields.   This is new to me.  
Where can I find the fields?  This works must  different from 7.1.I
