We are having same issue in our 7604 environment No error no processing AIE is running but doing nothing. Increase the time gap between job runs, created two instance of AIE and distributed the load . Did helped a bit but problem is still there. Opened a case with BMC and wai...ting for solution. Kali, What kind of volume of records are you dealing with (both source and target)? If the data volume has significantly grown between when it was working and now, then you might want to look at your [Data Key Query] qualification on the Data Mapping for this job. Hi, We have an AIE Exchange Job (Type: from AR Form to flatfile) that was running before, then suddenly stopped running. We already turned on the Debug logs for that job but it doesn't give any errors. Instead, after the job starts, it seems to be stuck at Waiting for next chunk stage and no new logs are written after that. Then the job just stays on in Running status and never finishes, but it's not doing anything. Any ideas what may cause the job to stop at Waiting for next chunk status? Thanks! Have you checked the event logs for the server the job is running on? Perhaps there is a memory error or some issue with the flatfile being generated.
