Interesting.  You are sending email to the other server?  I'm wondering if there is a missing mandatory field here and that is causing the error.

We are sending a Remedy formatted email message from our server, version  5.1.2 patch 1375, to a distant Remedy server that is using version 4.5.2, patch unknown. Both servers interface to a Microsoft Exchange Server via Outlook. The problem is that when we send the email, the distant server receives it and emails the following error message back to our server instead of processing it:

Message not in catalog -- message number = (ARERR 2)

#AR-Message-Begin    Do Not Delete This Line
Schema: TTS-AFWA Update
Action: Submit

WorkLogKey !99900!:
Problem Description !84404!:
name_first !844090001!: Joe
name_last !844090002!: User
name_rank !844090004!: Mr
zTmpRemoteAction !9!: AFWA Create
#AR-Message-End  Do Not Delete This Line

The distant end has a default user and server configured, so that data is not included in the email. Any thoughts?
