Good morning,

I'm having trouble searching the ARSlist, every time I submit a Search I 
getting the following error -

Network Error (tcp_error)

A communication error occurred: ""
The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing 
it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time.

I have been getting this error for several weeks now and I can not perform any 
search.

And here is the 2nd issue.

I have a specific user who is constantly getting Caught Exception errors. We 
have swapped the users system and is still getting Caught Exception errors.  
The user is Web only, Internet Explorer 7, 8 and 9.

I read several years ago about clearing or rebuilding the AR User cache? I'm 
not sure the exact terminology as I can't search the ARSList. This is not the 
same as the Mid-tier Cache.

The Mid-Tier cache has been cleared numerous times, as well as the Users 
Preference and Application Preference.

The only thing I have not done was completely delete the User account, 
hopefully someone can point me to the correct Cache.
