Re: Adding new Configuration form in DMT?

2012-04-10 Thread Cecil, Ken
I can view and work with the macros like this:

* Make a copy of all the Macro files in the Macro folder and place them
into a new working folder.

* Rename the files and add the .xls file extension.

* Open the files in Excel and use the Visual Basic editor to view the
code.

** I was able to proceed with this.

One silly issues which I am facing is:

1. I am not able to read the existing Macros which are present in the Macro
folder, and hence unable to create a new macro for converting to csv format.

My question is how do I read the Macros in the Macro folder for Data Management?

You'll need to create the Excel Macro unless you forget this part and import
directly from a csv.

You might find it easier, though, just to use a new staging form with
validation rather than try and integrate into the DMT.

Hello,

My requirement is to add a new configuration form in DMT, so that we can upload
the bulk data to the configuration form using DMT.
I did not find any document on that.

Can someone please let me know is it possible to add a new form in DMT 7.5.

Rajesh

You should be able to do this if you just use an existing form as a guide and
add the relevant configuration data.

You'll need to create the Excel Macro unless you forget this part and import
directly from a csv.
