This is one area where using Mid Tier is helpful. Unless the form is displayed in line you can look at the URL to find the actual form name. I use this all of the time in my reverse engineering endeavors. Yes, I will try misi's tool. The helptooll will check for open objects when removing a team member from a support group for exampe.
