Hello, I recently upgraded our TEST environment from Remedy 7.6.04 SP4 to Remedy 8.1.01 (ARS/ATRIUM/ITSM). I am getting the following error in the arerror.log file:
Approve : 3102 An instance of the Distributed Server is already running. Anyone have any ideas on what is causing this? I configured approval server to run in a separate plug-in instance and disabled the default approval server plugin and I am still getting the error message. Thoughts?
