Re: What has happened to the ARSlist archives?
Afraid the Server has reached the point of needing a replacement so it is flaky at the moment. Since the server itself had crashed and was not doing the arslist distribution either you didn't miss anything. There are several repositories including the two previously mentioned and google. Currently I can't connect to the servers so there could be a networking issue. Re: Are the Archives of the ARSList down?
It was having a mid-winter tantrum after the snowfall yesterday. It is feeling better now. However as it is a 6 year old server it is going to have to be put to sleep permanently soon :-) For some reason on Friday mornings the web service is often not responding and so far I seem to have to reboot, recycling the listserv and all the web services doesn't wake it up, if anyone has a suggestion please email me directly. thanks Dan _ From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:arslist@ARSLIST.ORG] On Behalf Of Martin, Dwayne - martinrd Sent: February 4, 2011 7:52 AM To: arslist@ARSLIST.ORG Subject: Are the Archives of the ARSList down? ** Dear List, I don't seem to be able to get to the ARSList Archives (http://listserv.rbugs.com/archives/arslist.html). I did a simple search and it was fine. Could you send me the exact search so I can see if I can Reproduce it. Could be that it just needs to be reindexed After the weirdness.
