Hi List, I have a requirement to integrate the Assignment Engine with Customized form /application. For Example : There is a form for ticketing purpose and the group are defined on the group form with members. When a new request is submitted to this form, the assignment of tickets should take place automatically using Assignment engine. Please suggest how to achieve this.
