Anyone done it yet? I'm currently studing for the assessment test as a 
precursor to taking the practical, wondering if anyone had any experiences to 
share?

Hi Simon,

I have done it. You should manage your time during the practical exam since
there will be lot of tasks to be completed.
Have your basics refreshed on installation and other ITSM areas, that will
help you.
