I checked the list and found no hits related to Changepoint software.
I have a client who wants to integrate a solution with this software because Changepoint apparently does not provide the functionality they seek, yet they don't want to change over to a full Remedy shop. Has anyone worked up any kind of integration with Changepoint from Compuware?
What the client has in mind is to treat the sales opportunity and the ensuing processes as objects, involving Remedy to run the notification and approval processes.
Any help, any knowledge of Changepoint at all would be appreciated.
