Donald Not only adding the parameter to the report, but you will also to include a qualification for tickets between or greater then the date they inputted. Here is an example that I have that pulls
All records for a technican working on a chosen project, between the
start date and the end date
1) prompts for tech name
2) prompts for project
3) prompts for start and ending date
{PTT_Project_Time_Tracker.Technician_Name}={?EnterConsultantName}
AND
{PTT_Project_Time_Tracker.Project_Name}={?EnterProjectName}
AND
{PTT_Project_Time_Tracker.Date} = {?StartDate}
AND
{PTT_Project_Time_Tracker.Date} = {?StopDate}
