Each application install has a logs folder that has HTML output.
Ex: C:\Program Files\AR System Applications\server\BMC Atrium
CMDB\Logs\BMCAtriumCMDB.html
They are pretty easy to read.

Brian

Subject: Error log display question
**
We're new to installing the ITSM software and notice that there are a
ton of log files that are created. Is there any type of utility - other than
notepad - that can make reading the logs easier or a little more meaningful
rather than having to wade through crowded files for that gem of information
in case of an error condition? Thanks.
