Check the temp files folder.  I have seen that some versions of the user 
tool fail to clear out the html that is used for the application list -- 
and the user tool runs out of filename combinations to write to.

Hello,

There is one laptop on network which has Remedy installed. but with
any user log in name we log into this system We see this error: Error
Generating application list field content 1900.

Then we can not see the menu items on left panel.


Can you advise on this issue.

Check the properties of the install path - the Remedy user needs local
write permission to whatever install path is used.

Upgrade the User-Tool to latest version or the Standard version/patch
level your company uses.
