Preeti,

One my clients is facing the same problem.

Make sure you have checked Use ODBC Underscores in
Tools-Options-Advanced tab.

It may be the cause if its unchecked.

In my case I can see the report perfectly on the server - user tool but on
the clients - user tool some columns are missing.

Any ideas what may be the cause???

columns are not visible.

Try reinstalling the user tool again and see what happens

I only mention this because I keep forgetting about it ;)

Remember that Crystal is using the Database Names for the Fields, and Remedy
User is using the Display Names for the Fields, as they appear in the View
being used when the Report is created.
