Do you have any information on ITSM 7 and CMDB 2 release date?
Is it "soon" ;) or not very soon (in 60-90 days)?

I don't know why they don't just say "ARS 7.0 will be released on X
date". I was told a date today, and though I can't (for some reason)
say what it is, I will say it's very soon. And ITSM 7/CMDB 2.0 will
follow sometime after that.
Maybe they should just say, like Duke Nuke'm Forever, that it will be
ready "When it's ready".

I was just looking at the document download section the Remedy support
page and the first 7.0 document has been released. It is titled "BMC
Remedy Virtual Environment Statement of Direction".
It looks like we may see the release of 7.0 soon.
