Flashboard: Aged Tickets
ARS 7.5 With all of my varied experiences in Remedy, Flashboards are NOT something that I have ever needed to build or use...so I go to the community for help. I have the need to build an 'aged tickets' report, showing something relatively simple like counts of tickets that are 1 week old, 1 month old, older, that sort of thing...probably in a bar graph...but can't seem to get it to display things in the manner that I expect, so I was hoping that someone with more hands on experience might be able/willing to help. ___ UNSUBSCRIBE or access ARSlist Archives at www.arslist.org Where the Answers Are, and have been for 20 years
Re: EXTERNAL: Flashboard: Aged Tickets
LJ, Off the top of my head I think you need to Start today and use the History feature of Flashboards data collection. I'm sure there are ways to make the calculation on old tickets and store the 1 day, 1 week , 1 month data but since Time is a moving thing you would need to recalculate every day to keep current. II haven't touched Flashboards for a few years but I have almost the same requirement to put in place this year. When I get started on it I'll look for your progress as a guide ;^ Thank you, --- John J. Re: EXTERNAL: Flashboard: Aged Tickets
Ok, just talked to my customer and we decided to go with a multiple variable bar chart. Each variable showing a count of the records that match the grouping in question One Week One Month 2 Months Older as an example, and we will be able to build the chart to satisfy his needsthanks for the suggestions, as always, the list is the best place to collaborate :) On Fri, Apr 5, 2013 at 8:08 AM, Reiser, John J john.j.rei...@lmco.comwrote: ** LJ, Off the top of my head I think you need to “Start today” and use the History feature of Flashboards data collection.
