Hi, think you can set the field properties of the attachement pool. On tab attach field you can define the display label. If you delete a label, the function is no more available. If there are certain people who should be able to add/delete/save and others who should not, it is easiest to remove the add/delete/save lables from the attachment pool, then add the functionality using buttons and the special Run Process command for each action.
