ITSM Help Install
Where is the install file for ITSM Help 7.6? The ITSM 7.6 Install guide says "If you download the application, you access help from the top level of the working directory that holds the files you extracted after you downloaded them". I download, extracted, and install ITSM 7.6 patch 1. The "BMCRemedyITSMSuite7.6.00.001.help.zip" file contains the updated help files. If you expand it, Setup.exe is in each of the application\help folders (asset\help, change\help, servicedesk\incident\help or \problem\help). okay so that is a different download that BMCRemedyITSMSuite7.6.00.windows.zip, which I downloaded and installed. Yes - separate download file in a separate folder of the ftp site.
