Re: Including fields in an email
Hi Fred thanks for your suggestion, brain dead day, that is what it was, I had moved the fields from Test to Prod, and the field permissions did not carry through for some reason. thank you once again shafqat "Grooms, Frederick W" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: ** Are the fields you want to send set with public rights? The email goes out fine, the only problem is that the Included fields do not show up at all. I have tested this with only 1character field, which has data in it. The filter which sends the email is fine, the included field is highlighted, just to make sure, I reselected it again. But the email goes out with only the Subject line and the body is completely blank. The email is going out from a regular form, so that can't be the problem. Roney thanks a lot for all of your suggestions. It was something as stupid as the fields not having Public permissions. I had moved the fields to the Prod server and the permissions did not carry through. thanks a lot shafqat Roney Samuel Varghese <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: ** Dear Shafqat, I am sure you have but to be on the safer side have you checked the AR System Email Error Logs form for any possible errors. I guess one of the last resorts would be to upgrade the email engine to patch 3.
