But you can set a View Field to $DEFAULT$. Hugo, You can't really refresh a view field. You can, however use a set fields action to set it to a space or perhaps the URL of a spacer image, and then a second set fields action to set it to the new URL you want. As I remember you need to do this in two separate active links. Issue with View Field
Hi Listers; I'm having a little issue with a View Field; let me explain it: I have an application (Web Based) when we store archived records from our system, now the users can access this application from ARS, so i need to show the Web Based application inside a View Field on Remedy; here comes the issue: On Mid Tier, is working perfectly; but on the remedy client the View Field does not refresh properly example: 1.- Select record 1 from a table field and double click on it, brings a dialog window with my view field populated with the desired URL 2.- Close the dialog window 3.- Select record 2 from the same table field and double click on it, this brings the dialog window with the view field populated with the record 1, perhaps the URL has changed. 4.- I need to make right click over View Field > Refresh; and finaly the record is displayed My question here is: Exists an "action" or "run process" that can perform a Refresh action over a View Field?
