If you only want your changes to effect a single form or table, then you can add custom tags to the end of the file and then reference those tags on the field properties. Thanks, I have recently updated our LDAP > ARDBC & AREA configurations and we are seeing traffic routed to the old configuration. I have stopped/restarted Remedy services several times but this has not fixed the routing problem. Is there some config file I need to be looking in to see if some of the changes didn't work? I've reviewed the ar.cfg file and all looks good there.
