Job Responsibilities: 

Performs analysis, design, and development, of Remedy v. 7.1 Service
Desk.  Analyze requirements and create design specifications to meet the
project needs. Perform customization/workflow as determined. Develop new
workflows, active links, forms, and escalations in the Remedy suite.
Builds and executes unit test cases, as wells documents developer
guides, training guides, user guides and support guides.  Provide
support and Sustainment to the Remedy applications.  Researches and
recommends technologies to improve Remedy applications. 

Basic Qualifications: 
* 3-5 years of Remedy development experience in 6.3 and 7.x.



Plus Qualifications

* Experience in developing in Crystal Reports. 

* Experience in Remedy Migrator 

* Experience with CMDB. 

* Integration of REMEDY with external systems using REMEDY APIs, web
services, REMEDY Import etc. 
* Experience with Rational Clear Case for software configuration
management and Rational Clear Quest for Change Defect Management

There seem to be an important piece of information missing in your post
below as far as all potenital H1-B candidates who would like to apply for
this job.

 For All qualified H1-B Candidates 

Freddie Mac has a policy of accepting H1-B candidates where in they will
consider applicants who are currently on H1-B and require H-1B sponsorship
(as there would be a possible change in employer), but only if the applicant
has at least three years of H status remaining out of the original six years
of permissible H status. In order to be considered for permanent residence
sponsorship, the individual must be employed with the company for 12 months
and meet or exceed annual performance objectives established by their
management team. This is a minimum requirement for sponsorship. The decision
whether to sponsor an individual for nonimmigrant or immigrant status rests
exclusively with Freddie Mac.
