I have had this open for roughly 3 months and we still have not found
the right fit.  I need an individual who wants to be hired.  I cannot
take straight contractors at the moment.  Must have experience with
7.x/ITSM/and Implementing as many modules as possible.

Remedy - Currently 6 People (2 Sr. Developer, 1 Process Manager, 1 BA, 1
QA, 1 Tech Writer)

ITSM Suite Modules: (Asset Management, Change Management, Incident
Management, Service Desk, Service Request Management, Service Level
Management, Problem Management, CMDB 2.0)

things didn't want to be changed)

        Implementing and Configuration of ITSM Suite for a Service
