Greetings! Is anyone here familiar with KANA's knowledge management product(s)? Can this knowledge base integrate with Remedy ITSM, and if so, how?
How does the integration (and for that matter, the product itself) compare with Remedy Knowledge Management? (Not that I'm terribly familiar with the latter, but at least I can read about it on the BMC website). Thanks in advance.
