Hi All, We need a Resource for the below mentioned position.
Role - This resource will be working with Remedy team as technical Team Lead and a member *BSA* team reporting to a team lead in Minneapolis. This team supports the *Xcel Energy account....* Responsibility - Work with customer to design technical solutions based on requirements.*Manage multiple Sybase databases*, maintain multiple server configurations for production and test environments. Plan and estimate proposed solutions, and work with Project Management Office to clarify requirements and solution deliverables. Implement solutions using Remedy Tools and Sybase programming, Windows & UNIX server management and monitoring, and specific REMEDY application knowledge. Utilize reporting tools and interfaces to provide information to IBM and Xcel Energy executives. *Required skills:* Experience with REMEDY 6.x application is required. REMEDY 7.x skills desired. Experience with Mercury ITG, Blackberry, HELO, HP Openview, and NIKU is required. Nice to have skills: Understanding of relevant business processes is also a plus.
