Either within our DEV environment which we have just upgraded to SP5, the mid tier running Version 7.6.04 SP5 201401161615 Hotfix and within our Production environment running SP4 with mid tier running Version 7.6.04 SP4 201312261406 Hotfix, when you open an Incident and go an expand any work notes created against that Incident we are seeing text encapsulated between html tags...
<span>test</span> They are however not present in thw work info history. Wasn't present before we recently upgraded the mid tier components. Anyone else seen this oddity?
