Modify current out of the box pending reasons (Problem Management 7.6.04)
Dears, Please help as I'd like to modify the current pending reasons in Problem Management 7.6.04 however the property is dimmed. I already overlaid the field “Investigation Status Reason”, however “Selection” property is still dimmed.
