It use to be Flashboards, would just update and was not web based.. is the latest web based Flashboards stay up and update every minute, and keep connection open Eternally.. or does it require Human intervention occasionally .. else timeout.. If Anyone has this configuration .. or type of setup.. Using Remedy Web based mid-tier to show the high and med priority tickets.. updating continuing without timeout.. ?? Any ideas welcome..
