Hi all. We've recently deployed ITSM 7 and have our users using the mid-tier. We have dual web servers using a load balancer but we're having some performance issues. We've got plenty of memory on the server, it isn't taxed but Tomcat won't allow us to start up w/ more than 1.7 gigs of memory (which it is always topped out at).
Anybody know how to get it to run w/ more memory? Thanks all!!!!!!!!!!!
