Richard

Check to see if the mailbox status is enabled. There is a filter that
stops you from having more than one mailbox enabled at a time. If you
need
to have more than one mailbox, you need to disable the filter.

Hi Jim...

I'm actually sending this for a coworker who isn't able to
send mail right now...so I'm sort of "channeling" the questions...sort of like a
Remedy psychic...

Here's a bit more that was conveyed to
me:

We are running windows 2k.
The filter with the notification was
running just fine and
sending messages when there was only
one mail box defined.
I created a new mail box in
the AR system email mailbox
configuration form and had  a new mail
account on the exchange server created..
The original mailbox
is still set as the default.
Since I added the new mailbox the problem
occurs - the messages stay in the AR system email
messages form/mailbox and never seem to get
sent..

Richard:
Inquiring minds would like to know if you are running on UNIX or
Windows and if you have setup the Outbound Mail server as is required when you
installed the e-mail engine?

I'm trying to send email using workflow. I have a filter setup to send email notifications. The filter ran and the notification is sitting in the email Messages
form.  Problem is notifications do not get
sent   This is my first
time doing this and i'm a little confused.
Any help would be appreciated.   Thanks!
