It has to be there.. If its not there there may be other things I may be worried about – like your 7.6.04 installation may not really have been successful??? Look at your install logs for red or yellow flags.. Usually reds good enough but sometimes a yellow may actually be a red.. After the .def file import, restart arserver.exe and tomcat.exe, flushed
cache on the mid-tier config tool. Now the Object List is officially back in
business on 7.6.04 SP1... working great.

Using the Object List Users can access forms and applications on the web through the AR System Object List, which lists all forms and applications available through your installed mid tier. IMHO, this is so much much nicer and faster than the hard client object list too! The biggest thing we have found missing since moving to a Mid-Tier only environment is the Copy To New function. We have had to build this with custom workflow, but if anyone has found this feature our users would be very happy!
