UNCLASSIFIED MAPI works fine with Exchange 2003
You need a service email account (a profile). If you are using Active Directory, this means a login and a mailbox. This account needs local permission on the Windows server to start the email engine service. The account's login name and password are set in the email engine service properties Open Outlook using the account credentials. Also the email engine must run as the account that owns the mailbox.
