Does anyone use the "List Possible Soltuions" button on the Solutions tab in HPD:Help Desk 6.0?
I click on this button and get a search dialog window that searches HPD:Solutions. The problem is it is not find any matches, despite the fact that there are records in HPD:Solutions. Has anyone encountered this before?
