Question: Remedy Support / SHR:ConsolidatedList / HPD:HelpDesk 6.0
Is it possible to add additional fields to SHR:ConsolidatedList so they will appear in Remedy Support. I want to add 'Assigned Time'. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
