I follow two ways to reach the Help Desk Form and view the Incident Number INC000000319263 through an URL, but in both cases when i try to loginwith my credentials the system gives back to me the message of "Authentication failed".The two URLs i used are these:https://MidtierServer/arsys/servlet/ViewFormServlet?form=HPD%3AHelp+Desk+Classic&server=remedyserver&qual=%27Incident Number%27%3D%22INC000000319263%22
