RKM 7.5 Install and Configuration Issue

So I recently installed and configured RKM 7.5 on a windows 2008 64 server
and a couple of things appear to not be working.  I got the install for the
most part to run and complete exepct for these two things.

1.  The AR Integration failed, saying it could not find some file it needed,
I do not have the exact message at this moment.
2.  When I log into the RKM web console I do not see an author tab, and I do
not see a settings tab to run like the indexes etc...

I have created a user with KMS Sys-admin and I am able to log in.  Has any
one seen this same behavior.  This is my first experience with RKM 7.5 so I
do not know if I am missing something.

AR Server 7.5 Patch 4
Tomcat 5
SQL 2008
Windows 2008 64

RKM 7.5 Install

Has anyone out there completed a fresh standalone (not integrated with ARS) 
installation of RKM 7.5? If so, any gotchas, caveats, issues that you can pass 
along?
